SFUSD recognizes national board certified teachers and highlights professional pathways

Superintendent Edwin Lee and other board members praised NBCTs for mentoring colleagues and strengthening school leadership. Staff noted recertifications and the expectation of many newly certified NBCTs next year due to a redesign of the national board process.
