Closed-session actions: The board approved administrative appointments and a settlement in case CW v. SFUSD for $38,340; the board also approved a resolution of intent to dismiss a certificated employee and to suspend the employee pending hearings under Education Code 44939.
No other binding votes on superintendent zones or student-assignment policy occurred at this meeting; staff were asked to return with amended language and additional analysis where needed.
