Board approves special-tax ordinance for Community Facilities District 90-1

With no public speakers signed up on the item, the board proceeded to roll call and recorded seven ayes for passage.
The ordinance authorizes staff to implement the tax levy in accordance with the ordinance text and underlying resolution and exhibits; no amendments or changes to the levy were made during the meeting.
