Golden described the installation as temporary and typical in urban districts undertaking phased construction and estimated the bungalows for Everett would be gone within about 12–24 months depending on construction schedule.
Commissioners recorded assent to move forward with the Proposition 39 funding item; Chief Facilities said the district tries to keep the number of temporary units low to preserve playground and outdoor space.
