Planning Commission denies ADU conversion at Filbert that would displace longstanding laundromat

"If my laundromat is removed and replaced by an AD unit, where will all these residents go to remain proper hygiene?" Foose said, describing the laundromat as the only nearby option for many elderly and mobility-limited residents and arguing that the business provides an essential health service during the pandemic.
