Developers outline 31‑building plan for former CPMC Presidio Heights campus; draft EIR expected next month

Planning staff and project teams presented an informational overview Tuesday of a proposed redevelopment of the former CPMC Presidio Heights campus at 3700 California Street.
Chris May of the planning department said the draft environmental-impact report is expected to be published in the coming month and staff anticipates returning with the conditional use authorization and planned-unit-development applications in January 2020.
