Acting zoning staff confirmed the variance hearings and noted some discretionary reviews had been withdrawn. The commission then approved a set of routine items (items 7–11 on the published agenda) by a single roll call, with Commissioners Fong, Coppell, Richards, Moore, Melgar and President Hillis voting aye.
Why it matters: continuances preserve public‑notice timelines for projects while giving staff and applicants time to address outstanding issues and allow neighbors and city offices more time to review complex submittals.
