Minutes: The board voted to adopt the minutes from Sept. 7, 2022 (motion carried 4–0).
Rehearing request (22‑051, 118–120 15th Ave): Appellant George Tedeschi requested a rehearing, saying DBI signed off on the façade and that he had paid required charges while planning enforcement remained unresolved. Planning staff (Tina Tam) reported the corrective permit from 2016 had not been fully inspected or finalized; DBI confirmed an exterior facade inspection but not an interior inspection. The board found no new evidence or manifest injustice and denied the rehearing (motion carried 4–0).
3621 De Visidero (property-line window): Appellant Ms. Pucco argued the neighbor27s revised permit legalized an improper property-line window that creates waterproofing and fire-safety concerns; DBI said the interior infill creates a one-hour fire assembly that meets code and that AB009 did not apply to the infill as proposed. After discussion the board denied the appeal and upheld the permit (4–0).
