SAN FRANCISCO — The Planning Commission on Nov. 19 approved a conditional use authorization to repurpose the historic Harding Theatre on Divisadero as an Emporium arcade/bar/entertainment venue while approving a seven‑unit residential infill on the vacant portion of the lot.
