"We have an extended wait list and daily requests from families looking for childcare," Itzkovich said, urging approval to expand capacity.
Commissioners supported the campus‑fit approach and tenant‑friendly mitigations; the motion to approve the conditional use passed 7‑0. Conditions include implementing the approved drop‑off plan and standard code and construction conditions.
