The permit holder's attorney, Sarah Hoffman, asked the board to sign off on the compromise plans and provided copies for the record. Commissioner Daryl Honda moved to grant the appeal and require adoption of the plans dated Aug. 28, 2019; the motion carried 4–0, with Vice President Anne Lazarus, Commissioner Eduardo Santa Cana and President Rick Swig voting aye.
The board’s action memorializes the settlement and authorizes the project to proceed under the revised plans, subject to the conditions discussed at the hearing.
