Planning and DPH said the rehearing request remains pending and that the appeal keeps the revocation stayed while the settlement is negotiated. The parties proposed using June 19 to monitor the first payment and, if appropriate, to seek a longer continuance for monthly status checks or a call of the chair if payments falter. The board approved the continuance to June 19 by recorded aye votes.
