During the Jan. 31 meeting the San Francisco Board of Appeals voted to convene a closed session for public employee appointment discussions under California Government Code section 54957(b)(1) and the San Francisco Administrative Code. The board cleared the room except for invited staff and SF Gov TV.
After returning to open session, the board held a roll-call vote on whether to disclose any or all discussions from the closed session. Commissioner Lazarus moved that the board not disclose those discussions; the motion passed with unanimous ayes.
The clerk reported there was "nothing to report on any action taken" and the meeting concluded with no further business.
