Planning Commission continues appeal for Ninth Street project to Aug. 1

At the start of the July 18 meeting the commission considered continuance requests. Staff reported Item 1 (case no. 2010.0222E at 248–252 Ninth Street), an appeal of a preliminary mitigated negative declaration, was proposed for continuance to Aug. 1, 2013.
Commissioner Antonini moved to continue the item and Commissioner Wu seconded. The motion passed unanimously (Antonini, Moore, Sugaya, Wu and President Fong voting aye). The record shows no public comment on the continuance at the time of the vote. The item will return to the Planning Commission calendar on Aug. 1, 2013.
