The San Francisco Board of Appeals on March 7 accepted revised plans dated Feb. 28 and granted a conditional permit for the project at 363 Jersey Street after the permit holder and appellants reached an agreement.
Representatives said the parties had resolved outstanding neighbor concerns through a combination of revised drawings, a shoring plan and a party‑wall detail meeting state construction standards. The parties also agreed to a pre‑construction photo survey and additional coordination with engineers and neighbors on materials and flashing.
Planning and DBI staff reviewed the revised materials and confirmed they met planning-code requirements and DBI standards for soundproofing and party‑wall construction. The Board voted to grant the appeal and condition the permit on the revised drawings dated Feb. 28 and the agreed‑upon Attachment A wall detail.
The conditional approval is subject to compliance with the submitted technical sheets and the parties’ written agreement to coordinate pre‑construction measures. The Board recorded the vote and closed the item.
