Board accepts withdrawal of appeal over unpermitted work at 122 Bridal Street

The San Francisco Board of Appeals accepted the withdrawal of an appeal concerning unpermitted work at 122 Bridal Street on Feb. 7 after the Department of Building Inspection agreed to remove remaining unpermitted footings.
Ryan Patterson, representing appellants Steven Fagan and R.C.L. Geronti, told the Board that DBI had committed to remove unpermitted footing elements remaining after a partial removal and that, on that assurance, his clients would withdraw the appeal.
Robia Crisp, attorney for the respondents, said the permit holder had obtained an alteration permit to remove the structure the appellants had complained about and that she was glad the parties were resolving the matter. DBI senior inspector Joe Duffy confirmed he had inspected the site and would ensure remaining elements were removed to satisfy the appellants.
The Board required no further action after the withdrawal was submitted.
