The commission continued Item 1 (case 2011.0207C for 112 Seventh Street) to Jan. 14, 2012 after Commissioner Gordon moved for continuance; the motion carried on a roll‑call vote with commissioners recorded as saying “Aye.”
The commission also approved the consent calendar (Items 2–4) by a single roll call. Item 2 is a staff‑initiated resolution of intent to amend Map 2 of the General Plan’s Community Facilities element to remove 676 Howard Street as a fire facility and add 935 Folsom Street; the requested change relates to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art expansion, which would relocate Fire Station 1. Item 3 (case 2011.0701C) is a conditional‑use modification request to extend hours for an existing wine bar at 545 Irving Street (Inner Sunset). Item 4 (case 2011.029C) would allow AT&T Mobility to place up to eight panel antennas on roofs and related equipment in basements at two commercial properties on Redwood Street and Venice Avenue; staff told the commission there was minimal opposition to that project and placed it on consent. Commissioner Bridal moved to approve the consent calendar and the motion passed on roll call.
No members of the public offered testimony during the general public comment period. Commissioners noted the session was brief and discussed whether to take up commissioner matters now or defer; they decided to reconvene for those items in the afternoon. The meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
