Councilor Ariel Mendez moved for second reading and adoption; Councilor Hina Franzoza seconded. A roll-call vote recorded Councilor Franzoza Aye; Councilor Mendez Aye; Councilor Riley Abstain; Mayor Pro Tem Perkins Yes; Councilor Norris Yes; Mayor Keebler Yes.
