Councilor Mike Riley moved for the first reading of an emergency ordinance to adopt the statutory development agreement with the removal of the final sentence in section 4.10.1(b) of the prior agreement (referencing Ordinance NS-2535). Council seconded the motion and approved it by voice vote.
