The motion to grant jurisdiction and provide a new five‑day appeal window was approved 3–0; the board also agreed to reschedule the related appeal to Nov. 5 to permit consolidated consideration.
The action restarts the administrative timeline for a new five‑day appeal period for Mr. Chapelle and schedules the related hearing for November.
