Board continues Schrader Street rooftop drainage appeal to March 20 to allow submission of plans

Appellant counsel Ryan Patterson said the adjoining neighbor had not received proper notice under the city notice rules and requested a continuance so the Board could review the plans. Permit-holder representative Bonnie Bridges said the plans existed but had not been provided to the Board; she offered to display drawings from an iPhone but acknowledged they were not in the agenda packet.
Commissioners agreed that lacking plans to review would impede a fair decision and rescheduled the case for a full hearing on March 20 to allow the permit holder time to submit approved plans to the Board. The motion to reschedule passed 4–0.
