The Planning Commission on Feb. 11 approved a motion to continue several calendar items and, by roll call, approved two consent items.
Continuances: During the opening portion of the meeting staff identified several items proposed for continuance. Commissioner Lage moved to continue items 1 and 2 to the dates shown on the calendar, set item 3 for February 25, set item 4 for March 11, and continued items 5 and 6 to their proposed dates; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call (ayes recorded from Commissioners Lee, Moore, Seguaya, Olague and Miguel). The Chair confirmed the items were continued as discussed.
Consent calendar: The Commission also took a single-roll-call vote to approve items 7 and 8 on the consent calendar. Item 7 (case number 2009.1139C) was a request for conditional-use authorization to establish a full-service restaurant at 311120 Fourth Street in the Mission Neighborhood Commercial Transit District; item 8 (case number 2009.1142C) was a request for conditional-use authorization to allow a large fast food restaurant at 4675 Mission Street in an NC-3 district. No public comment was received and the Commission voted to approve both items.
No additional public comment was received on these procedural items, and the meeting proceeded to other business.
