The motion authorizes the conditional-use finding consistent with the commission's earlier intent-to-approve vote and requires staff to finalize the written findings. Public comment on this item during today's meeting was limited; staff and the project representative were available to answer technical questions.
If implemented, the approval allows the project to proceed under the conditions and mitigation measures set out in the commission packet. The commission did not reopen the public hearing for additional testimony; staff will prepare the formal written findings and the administrative record.
