Commission approves Kaleidoscope frozen-dessert cafe conversion; staff to include conditions addressing neighbor concerns

The project sponsor (Lisa Lane) opted to hold comment until questions were asked; no public testimony appeared at the hearing.
Commissioner Amor moved approval; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The commission recorded ayes across the present members. Staff confirmed that conditions will address the neighbor’s concerns and that copies of the opposition letter are available for review.
