Commissioners supported staff—s recommended refinements, requested traditional roofing material and detailed fenestration treatment and voted to take discretionary review and approve the project with staff modifications.
The commission—s approval instructs staff to finalize facade details and confirms that any future third-story work would be considered separately if proposed.
