Planning presented photographs and a written record of prior notices and site visits dating back months.
President Frank Fung moved to deny the appeal and uphold planning’s notice of violation. After discussion among commissioners and questions about inspections and measurements, the board voted to deny the appeal and uphold the notice of violation, 4–0. The board noted the appellant had opportunities to present evidence but the planning staff’s photographs and site-visit reports resolved the commissioners’ earlier questions.
