The Budget and Finance Committee on April 6 forwarded several administrative, grant and real‑estate items to the full Board, most without substantive debate.
Administrative code: The committee voted to forward an ordinance to delete the trial courts courthouse construction fund from the administrative code. Carol Lou of the Controller’s Office said the fund became inactive after the city made its last debt service payment in April 2021 and that state law requires termination; there was no financial impact, the office said.
