Committee recommends $33.9 million infrastructure loan for Hunters View Phase 3

The committee voted to forward to the full Board a resolution to authorize up to $33.9 million in infrastructure loans for Phase 3 of the Hunters View Hope SF redevelopment to fund abatement, grading, utilities, roads and park work and to ready two affordable housing lots.
The Budget and Finance Committee on July 28 recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve an infrastructure loan agreement, not to exceed $33,900,000, between the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development and Hunters View Associates to finance Phase 3 of the Hunters View Hope SF redevelopment.
