- Item 4: Resolution accepting a CDC grant of approximately $242,472 to support an infection-control nurse and COVID-19 outbreak management — forwarded with a positive recommendation (3 ayes).
- Items 5–8: Four airport terminal lease amendments (concessions in Terminal 3 and other terminals) extending terms to no later than Dec. 31, 2023, with existing minimum annual guarantees retained (BLA noted minimum annual guarantee ~ $600,000/year); committee recommended approval (3 ayes).
- Item 9: Resolution authorizing MOHCD to expend $3,000,000 in SoMa Stabilization Fund dollars for West Bay Filipino Multi-Service Center acquisition and renovation; committee adopted an amendment requiring nonprofit use, MOHCD approval of any sale during the grant period, and repayment on sale unless waived by the MOHCD director; forwarded to the full board with a positive recommendation (3 ayes).
- Item 10: Clerk of the Board proposed FY2021–22 and FY2022–23 budgets; committee authorized submission to the mayor and controller and to file the hearing (3 ayes).
- Item 11: Ordinance appropriating $5,700,000 from the general reserve for rent relief and $5,700,000 for social housing under the Housing Stability Fund — the item was continued at the request of Supervisor Preston’s office to Feb. 24 and not adopted today.
All forwarded items will appear on the Board of Supervisors agenda as scheduled; the West Bay item includes a committee-adopted amendment that MOHCD staff and the City Attorney will incorporate into grant documents before final Board action.
