No members of the public spoke on the item. After brief remarks and no requests for additional analysis, a committee member moved to send the ordinance to the full Board with a positive recommendation; the motion passed by voice vote with no objection.
The committee record states the waived fees in the transcript as "21006 dollars 50 cents." The sponsor said the action is retroactive to May 20, 2017 and noted two new merchant areas participated that year. The ordinance will proceed to the Board of Supervisors for final consideration.
