Public art (Central Subway): The Arts Commission requested retroactive extensions for five artist contracts related to Central Subway artwork because construction delays have postponed installation timelines; one contractor (Catherine Wagner LLC) required a $15,906 increase to refabricate a section due to as‑built changes. The committee recommended all five resolutions to the Board.
