On Dec. 3 the Government Audit and Oversight Committee considered an ordinance authorizing settlement of litigation by Bay Area Motivate LLC against the city for $330,000 and related program terms concerning the municipal bike-share agreement.
The committee convened in closed session to deliberate the litigation and then returned to open session. The clerk reported the committee had acted unanimously to recommend agenda item 8 to the Board of Supervisors for consideration on Dec. 15 and that the committee voted not to disclose closed-session deliberations.
Chair Marr closed the meeting following the clerk27s announcement.
