Committee approves five-year lease renewal for Mission Neighborhood Resource Center

Budget analyst Mr. Rose noted the first-year rent reflects an 8.3 percent increase from the prior annual rent of $222,000.37 and recommended approval. No public comment was made, and the committee forwarded the item to the full Board with a positive recommendation.
