Supervisors to seek language prioritizing disaster preparedness as public presses limits on Urban Shield funding

Avalos asked whether the committee could put language in the resolution to prioritize risk‑management planning, neighborhood disaster preparedness and recovery rather than SWAT training and weapons expos.
