Rudy Gonzalez of the San Francisco Building Trades Council said the project could create thousands of jobs and urged the committee to act with haste; committee members said continued negotiations were underway and moved to delay consideration one week to allow further stakeholder discussions.
The continuance preserves the committee’s opportunity to review any contractual notices and developer responses before further action on changes to inclusionary housing notice requirements associated with the project.
