Committee advances grant, easement and contract amendment to full Board

The department and the city report recommended readopting CEQA findings and approving the easement purchase; the committee sent the resolution forward with a positive recommendation.
Item 4: SFMTA staff described the fourth amendment to the PRWT Services agreement for citation processing and support services — an extension to Oct. 31, 2016, and an increase in the contract’s not‑to‑exceed amount (figures discussed in the record included an increase of approximately $9.25 million to cover services through the extended term). SFMTA said the amendment will fund web‑portal improvements and customer‑service enhancements ahead of a planned RFP; the committee moved the item forward without objection.
