Board continues Central SoMa special tax district resolutions for technical cleanup and further review

Agenda items 5 and 6 — resolutions declaring the Board’s intent to form City and County of San Francisco Special Tax District No. 2018-1 (Central SoMa) and to incur bonded indebtedness for that district — were introduced but not presented today. Chair Jane Kim orally described minor technical cleanup amendments (adjusting page numbers, adding the supervisor file number, and embedding neighborhood stabilization, small-business development and workforce-development in Exhibit A).
Chair Kim said she would continue the items to a special Government Audit & Oversight Committee meeting on Thursday, Oct. 25, to allow staff and the city attorney to incorporate those edits and to provide the public with a complete amended resolution for review.
