Committee OKs moving forward on DPH application to accept three shuttle vehicles

He said the procurement is the grant benefit — no cash award was delivered to the city.
With no public comment and no budget analyst report, Supervisor Eric Marr moved to send the item to the full Board; the motion carried without objection.
