City Administrator Naomi Kelly said the city retained independent consultants—a geotechnical reviewer, a structural engineer and an academic expert—to peer review the reports submitted about the tower, including the Hamburger Report by SAGE. Kelly said reviewers toured the building, requested additional data from Millennium Partners and will report back after the developer and homeowners association provide requested information.
