Preston asked the committee to open the item for public comment; the clerk reported no public speakers, and Preston moved to forward the resolution with the committee’s recommendation.
The committee recorded aye votes from Vice Chair Dean Preston, President Aaron Peskin and Chair Mirna Melgar. The resolution will proceed to the full Board for formal adoption.
