Committee members were briefed that the certification is required by the comptroller when departments propose contracted services.
After a brief opportunity for public comment (none were offered on this item), Supervisor London Breed moved the resolution and it was seconded; the committee took the motion forward without objection.
Chair Mark Farrell closed the meeting shortly thereafter.
