Budget analyst Mr. Rose recommended technical corrections and a reduction in the number of annualized positions from 68 to 53 (a reduction of 15 from the department’s initial request). The committee and HSA agreed to the amended parameters: the payroll coding date will be May 1 (to allow payroll system coding), and the hire date will be June 1 as administratively planned.
The committee approved the amendments and forwarded the amended ordinance to the full Board; the Budget Analyst’s Office requested the department submit the amended ordinance to their office before 9:00 a.m. the next morning.
