Committee Approves Forwarding Community Benefit District Management Agreements

Lauren Post (Greater Rincon Hill CBD board president) and Kathy Maupin (Yerba Buena CBD executive director) spoke in favor, noting strong property-owner support and obligations to use funds for neighborhood services and safety projects.
Outcome: Supervisor moved to recommend approval of items 1'3 and forward them to the full Board with a committee report. The motion passed with no objection.
