DPH said the amendment extends the term and increases the contract to continue property management at master‑leased buildings serving vulnerable residents; the department reported DISH property management covers about 450 units in six master‑leased sites and that the amended request reduces the original proposed increase by roughly $2 million. The budget legislative analyst recommended a further reduction of $348,498 to the department’s amended not‑to‑exceed amount; DPH accepted the recommendation. The committee adopted the amended resolution with the analyst’s recommended reduction and forwarded the item to the full Board with recommendation.
