The representative said the continuance would allow the amendments to be prepared so the extension can be in effect before the controls expire on April 11. The committee checked for callers and found none.
Vice Chair Dean Preston moved to continue items 2 and 3 to March 22; the clerk called the roll and Supervisors Peskin, Preston and Melgar voted 'aye' (3‑0). The items were continued to the March 22 meeting so staff can prepare the corrected resolution and accompanying report.
