Committee initiates landmark review for 1 Montgomery Street

With no public callers in the queue, Peskin moved to send the item to the full Board with a committee recommendation. The clerk recorded ayes from Supervisor Preston, Vice Chair Safae and Chair Peskin, yielding a unanimous committee recommendation to the Board.
Next steps: the Historic Preservation Commission will review the nomination and make a recommendation; the item will return to the full Board for a final determination if the commission moves forward.
