Committee records procedural votes to excuse vice chair and continue hearing

The committee voted to excuse Vice Chair Catherine Stephanie from the remainder of the meeting on a motion offered by Chair Gordon Marr; the roll call recorded Supervisor Matt Haney and Chair Marr voting ‘aye’ with no opposition reported.
Later, Supervisor Matt Haney moved that the hearing be continued to the call of the chair so staff and DPH can provide follow‑up data and updates. That motion also passed on a recorded roll call (Haney aye; Marr aye). The clerk recorded both items and noted no further business; the meeting was adjourned.
