The chair moved to forward a resolution determining that issuance of the license will serve the public convenience and necessity; a roll-call vote recorded 3 ayes (Vice Chair Catherine Stephanie, Member Shmaulin Walton and Chair Mandelmann) and the motion passed.
The committee’s action forwards a positive recommendation to the full Board; final approval or denial of a Type 57 license would be decided by the Board following standard licensing procedures.
