Anthony Aberbon of the Comptroller’s Office of Public Finance briefed the subcommittee on a resolution approving issuance of tax‑exempt obligations under section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 for refinancing capital facilities owned by Lick Wilmerding (the school). Anthony said the city is not a party to the transaction and there is no fiscal impact to the city.
