Committee moves forward second amendment to federal power contract for Treasure and Yerba Buena Islands

Public comment on the item consisted of a brief, non‑substantive remark and the committee closed public comment and moved the ordinance forward without objection. The item will now appear on the Board of Supervisors agenda for consideration.
